With the approach of winter, flyers noted a reduction in ambient temperature today! That said, the sun was shining brightly and our favourite colour, blue (of course!), was visible from horizon to horizon. Even the wind was moderately friendly! A few snaps are presented below to record but a small part of today’s activities at our ‘Flying Patch’!
The first item to grab my attention was the splendid new parking surface, installed to mitigate the muddying effect of excessive rain upon the previously grassed parking area. All headed up by Peter H and kindly laid by our landlord.
